It had a way of letting me know if I missed something and when I could not send my return I reached out to a live tax person and she was very helpful. We both had a problem sending the tax form and was told it was a glitch with the software. She told me to try back later to see if they corrected the issue and she would reach back out to me later and see if the problem was fixed. I will file my taxes next year knowing that my information is stored and I don't have to start from scratch.
