Rated 5 out of 5 by from Teresa was AWESOME! I used a live expert to help me file my returns this year. Because I have multiple employers AND started a new LLC, I wanted extra guidance. Teresa was phenomenal and helped me multiple times! She was always so courteous and helpful. Highly recommend! It may cost a little more, but knowing that my returns were done right was worth it!

Diana (video text chat) and Gary (phone call) helped me out with the problems. Diana was able to research and find out what the issues was. Gary walked me through the IRS website so I could track down and review my returns. Definitely went above and beyond and stayed on call with me until I was able to complete and file my return
