After entering all my data, the system said there were errors, but I multiple times went back and checked and my entries were correct. The system wouldn't proceed and was stuck on the 'errors' page. I tried the recommended only one browser customer support said to use and still it didn't work. Frustrated, I left that and started with turbo tax. Very easy. Led me each step of the way. Had support. No problems with use this browser use that browser. EFFORTLESS. I'm very happy with the process and will stick with Turbo Tax from this point on. PS Happy with my refund, too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is best ever Easily done and sent! If you have more than one place of employment and stuff to claim , TurboTax plan where they can help is best. They don’t charge much and they are very good at what they do .
