Rated 5 out of 5 by from Job Well Done Fast and Easy. The Tax Expert walked me through the one question that I misunderstood and got me right back on track. I'm an "overthinker" but the the helpful tips that TurboTax provided along the way reassured me I was doing the right thing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is EASY I have been able to accurately e-file my own taxes for a number of years now. I've used every product from the Free Edition to the Max/Deluxe editions. Service is great and I have had no problems with either the IRS accepting my filing or the payment options or refund whichever is applicable given the tax year. Highly recommend it, it took an hour and 20 minutes or so which included a pause to locate a document and a return to the screen. Faster if you have everything in front of you as you input the data. And that's really all it is, data input from the documents you have and TurboTax does all the math. No math is required, really.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love TurboTax I have been using TurboTax for years and the program is so easy to use. I never have any doubts when I file my taxes nor have I ever been audited by the IRS but I am glad to know that TurboTax offers protection and tax assistance if I want it.

I loved the helpful notes & "ask for help" link provided throughout the questionnaire; it really helped me understand some questions/words that didn't quite make sense at first. This is my first time filing on my own, and if all goes well, I'll certainly be using TurboTax in the future.
