Rated 1 out of 5 by from error is turbo tax comparison When filing my 2020 taxes and it compared the difference between 2019, it stated that I filed head of household and claimed a dependent but when I downloaded my last year returns it showed that I filed single with no dependents. This cause unnecessary stress and waste of time because I started to amend my 2019 returns when it was filed correctly. although TurboTax stated I filed HoH and with dependents, which was strongly inaccurate, I will no longer be filing with TurboTax after this because that's a big error on TurboTax's end. I am extremely furious and upset with that mistake and will be going somewhere else from now on. 8 years of filing and you guys messed it up and lost a valuable customer. I trusted you guys and you failed big time. I expect turboTax to be following up with me!
