Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very clunky for stock sales Been using Turbo Tax for more than 10 years. It works well for most things but not at all intuitive for reporting multiple stock sales, especially for employee stock compensation. You should be able to just click on the imported activity and edit but have to go thru a long process to update but for ESPP still says you need to add the acquisition date even though it was already entered.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hoffible customer service. While completing my taxes I kept getting denied, so I requested a tax professional reach out and assist me. After an hour wait, an agent finally called me and started to assist me. However, during the conversation, I had to repeatedly repeat myself because of the agent's loud background. After each explanation, the "expert" would read the help page to me, the same information I have already studied and attempted to execute. After re-explaining the issue for a fifth time, the agent ultimately hung up on me and did not provide any solutions.
