Rated 4 out of 5 by from Difficult to use the benefits I think filing your taxes is very efficient with TurboTax however paying for the extras seems overly complicated and hard to follow fine print. It seems to be an easy way for them to get the extra money without fullfilling the expectations you believe to be paying extra for... But basic is awesome and still my chosen method for filing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TAX PROGRAM IS OK. PAYMENT FOR SERVICE IS BAD The program could not find the previous year's return. I purchased an extra business program. Paying for the State file fee was impossible and I needed to pay as a guest. The account is not tracking work.

After entering all my data, the system said there were errors, but I multiple times went back and checked and my entries were correct. The system wouldn't proceed and was stuck on the 'errors' page. I tried the recommended only one browser customer support said to use and still it didn't work. Frustrated, I left that and started with turbo tax. Very easy. Led me each step of the way. Had support. No problems with use this browser use that browser. EFFORTLESS. I'm very happy with the process and will stick with Turbo Tax from this point on. PS Happy with my refund, too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy for the most part I believe TurboTax is very easy to work with. Especially if your returns are simple enough. I love the fact I can sit and do it myself and not have to wait on someone else to tell me whats going on.
