Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is the best thing Ever! My first time using Turbo Tax so I needed assistance from the Turbo consultant. Her name is Rochelle. Rochelle was excellent she was very knowledgeable. Rochelle made sure I understood everything, and she explained the steps to completing my taxes very thoroughly. Rochelle from Virginia was awesome! I will continue to use Turbo Tax moving forward. Thanks for representing Turbo tax in a fantastic way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbo tax quick and easy this was SUPER easy! I was reluctant at first because I've used an accountant the past few years. my mother convinced me to use Turbo Tax this year, as it was much cheaper than my accountant. I am glad I did! took about 2 hours, but well worth it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Long Time User Overall, TurboTax is fairly easy to use. One irritant I have every year is how to import ItsDeductible donations. I wish you guys would add a question in the deductions section asking if you want to import deductions from ItsDeductible and let the whole process be automated and seamless. This is the third year in a row I had to call your help team to figure out how to import the data, this after using the search function in TurboTax and the internet looking for help. ItsDeductible is a wonderful product that I use every year to track donations. One other suggestion would be to include a help explanation that explains the difference between and IRA and a 401K (Traditional and Roth).
