Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Deluxe Is Awesome! My experience with Turbo Tax Online Deluxe was great! I have never prepared my taxes on my own, and I was very leery of my ability to self prepare correctly and accurately. TurboTax Online Deluxe walked me right through it in such an easy guided way (and even giving options to clarify requested items). Their systems check, and double check to make sure your information is correct. It was such a smooth process to where it just felt like you were filling out a questionnaire!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from 3 stars this yr. Previous yrs were 5 star service Had multiple issues screen sharing this year. The issues was mostly on Intuits end-considering they hired a lot of likely old and tech-inexperienced new CPA's due to Covid. I had to wait over a week just to get a tax review appointment- which I wasn't even able to screen share with them. Afterwards, I kept getting transferred to all the wrong people on the phone. Last guy I spoke with didn't even have enthusiasm in helping. If you hate your job, just quit. You'd be doing yourself and everyone else a favor. I got frustrated and just did whatever corrections I saw fit and sent in my taxes. Prior years I had EXTREMELY better service. This year was highly disappointing. I'll still continue to do taxes with Turbotax, but wow, what a let down.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from turbo Tax is so so confusing. It list banking institutions from previous year, but they all have to be deleted because the new numbers are not entered. A new field with the same institution is created instead. Also, when Turbo tax downloads the information from those institutions should be displayed and they are not.
