Rated 3 out of 5 by from With a little know how! A bit of a struggle with QBI, not a normal situation, but I made it work. Did not print enough information for beneficiaries concerning QBI, but again I made it work. I do appreciate Turbo Tax.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but what happened this year? Program is really easy to use and never had a problem in prior years. Many glitches this year: had to delete and renter several forms. Forms I deleted from previous years showed up again after I deleted. Review sent me in a loop that I couldn't get out of. Payment forced me through twice, I chose direct debit the 2nd time it wasn't an option. Direct deposit again twice, one of the accounts were missing on the 2nd go around.
