Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Disappointing--Will Not Use Again Was trying to help an elderly neighbor do his taxes for free because his wife had passed and always filed their return. Could have printed forms and done this return in less than 30 minutes but it took over an hour using the program and was charged almost $150. I ate the cost, but will not be using for myself either next year. Never asked any questions in the chat and thought I had opted out of help and extras along the way.
