Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax was poorly designed this year I was frustrated by: (1) not being able to simply return another day to continue my work on the next process of my tax return; (2) Poorly worded instructions in some areas; and (3) misleading follow through from one process to the next process in the completion of the return.

At nearly $100 for a basic, no human intervention, no bling, or other hype they push throughout the process it is getting a bit much. Time for a tax overhaul and easier filing so they can not justify this.d

In an awesome coincidence, she helped me file my taxes last year, and this year she went above and beyond to help me file my taxes (in what I understand to be a unique situation). I will continue to use TurboTax so long as people like Nancy are on the other end of the line.
