Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has let me down this year I have used Turbo Tax for several years now. A very good product and have never had an issue. This year it has failed to successfully transmit my returns via e file after seven attempts. Only once did they offer an explanation stating there was a duplicate W2. This doesn't make sense as their program should have picked this up during the review. I hope they can resolve this issue quickly and alleviate the stress I am experiencing.
