Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good but mainly bad. Tax program was intuitive to use but had numerous errors through out process. Constant reminders to upgrade to more expensive upgrade. One small calculation pushed an upgrade and doubled the price. I've had better experience with other programs and will not use in 2022 tax year.

Years ago I did it manually but after reviewing all the completed forms I can't imagine having to do it manually ever again especially with all the changes every year at Fed level. I would much rather do it with TurboTax than take it to a tax preparation firm because with all the questions it brings out any over looked items and gives me a better understanding of requirements. Great job and appreciate the product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Concern E-Filing (for State) not include I have used TurboTax for 20 years now - I find that I need to shop around for next year as I am being charged $25 for State returns. This results in being charged approx. $75 for the Deluxe product. I do recall years back the State E filling was Free - should consider getting at least one free.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Need Better Support for HSA California reporting I think it Turbo Tax would be more helpful if it had more support for HSA income recording. This would be valuable to people in California and New Jersey that have to report HSA income on their state returns. Turbo Tax offers limited support for this besides some places to enter in numbers. It would be helpful if this could be done automatically by submitting the transactions into something in Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax could also provide more explanation and possibly explanatory graphics or video to show how to gather and tabulate the HSA information for income reporting. The HSA is a popular option and since many people live in California and New Jersey, it would seem that is a receptive user base that would appreciate this support. Thank you

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great support Between two full time working parents, day care, an LLC with real estate rentals submitting Schedule E, and crypto API integration, turbo tax support and integration has been great. I had live support help 3 times which was a tremendous help, and fast, and knowledgeable.
