Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is getting better It went better this year with Turbo Tax Business since I had saved the work-around solution form last year (2021) to be able to efile my Virgina return when it was stuck in loop. Virginia State Return in loop: "We Need to Make One More Check." TurboTax should have corrected this since it is a known issue.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not that happy in the end as I HAD TO PAY FOR MAX I did not want the max benefit... but nowhere to take it off. It was paid before I had a chance to say NOOOOOO. Otherwise, I would have been happy. Used TurboTax for many years. I DID NOT WANT THE MAX SERVICE... BUT ENDED UP WITH IT AND PAID FOR IT

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Premium is great Very easy to use. Love the ability to scan in tax forms for auto fill. Got everything done in about 2 1/2 hours. Got help with the turbo tax live assistant to confirm and verify information to be sure I was optimizing for my changed circumstance. Representative was excellent.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy to use I used Turbo Tax the past 20 years and I recommend it to family and friends. This is the first time I completed on line. It was easy to follow. I do not understand why it did not use my tax return information from last year and the previous years as it has done in the past.
