Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to Use, Very Clear I know absolutely nothing about taxes beyond filling out the standard paper forms. This is extremely helpful when accounting for more than just your standard W2. I moved to a different state and I can't imagine filing without turbotax. I have been filing through them for at least 4 years and this is the first time I've ever had to pay (due to uncommon need for a more advanced form) and I'm not mad about it! Great way to learn where your money is going to/coming from

Rated 3 out of 5 by from definate improvements I have used this service before in the past and there were always glitches, lost or forgotten info or questions I would think were next but never materialized, or I wpuld have to earase and start over so many time for it to be correct Finally and it was so questionable that I stopped using this service. I decided to give it another try this year and was impressed at how much better it works though still glitches and had to wipe it and start over 3 times but overall its improved with better explanations and guidence
