Rated 1 out of 5 by from Complete Crap Website is laggy, pages take forever to load, way too many mini menus that make you fill in useless information that doesn't apply to anything you are doing. Also, love that they send you a coupon code to you but never give you a place to enter said code so the savings they promise is NON EXISTENT. Honestly, for this price, I can find someone to do all the work for me and I will be doing that next year

I used to pay over $350 to get my taxes done by someone who couldn't follow their own system - I had to constantly correct them and offer suggestions during the 3+ hour session. TurboTax guides me through everything in a very easy-to-understand and user-friendly format in about 1 hour (including finding all of my documents). It's a very stress-free experience and this is something I really appreciated during tax time!
