Pay to file state and federal? okay whatever but to pay to have it taken out of your refund is crazy! y’all get y’all money either way so why is it addiction?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Took my money, then told me to file by mail This year I became a full time medical graduate student. I am unable to work during my program. I went through the whole system and in the end it showed I owed $0. It had me pay for the Tubro Tax service before I was instructed that I could not e-file, I had to mail in my forms. If I had known that I could not e-file, I would not have used Turbo Tax. It was wrong of Turbo Tax to have me pay for the service before they gave me this information. I am very disappointed.
