Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saved from a Tax Filing Meltdown I'd forgotten how complicated even supposedly straightforward tax situations can be. Have not done my own tax filings in years. The TurboTax "interview" steps helped me gather and input all of the numbers and information I needed to complete the federal and state tax forms I was required to file. Really liked that I didn't have to input any additional information for the state tax forms. Instead of having to file an extension, I was able to file my taxes on time. Whew!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Been Since Forever We have been with TurboTax for many years. there have been several times when our returns were non-standard. Deaths in the family. Capital losses. Real estate issues. Just to name a few. TurboTax has always had the expertise to help me manage all of those various concerns. One of the beauties, to me, is that they keep the fundamental appearance consistent from year to year, which to me, expresses a keen understanding of human nature. One does not have to spend a lot of extra time trying to figure out the navigations because some 'computer whizzes' thought they had a "great idea". TRUSTWORTHY, STEADY, UP TO DATE, RELIABLE, Pretty important characteristics in these times. In any times.

Illness and injury set in real quick back then and it was eccentrical that what money I got was used for living expenses. Turbotax maximized my returns and saved me from paying heavy taxes. Thanks Turbo
