Once getting the program downloaded, it is a breeze to use but to get to the point of getting the download, finding where and how it is released, and getting it to transfer data, and getting it to open is a heroic task! I dread it every year. The on-line support worked well. I still cannot clear up the contact confusion.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Its awfull Not at all upfront with how much it costs. Seems to hide the free option even though im filling for a simple tax return. Will never recommend. Only reason why I use it and even give it a star is due to the lack of time I have and how quick it is,
