Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo tax needs improvement I wasn't happy with the inflexible way it functioned. I managed to get it to link to my bank account but it couldn't pull the 1099-INT. I couldn't enter the number manually until later. Very annoying! Then I found the W2 hadn't been pulled correctly and I had to enter 2 codes manually, this wasn't at all simple. Again, very annoying.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed!!! The fact that your charging $40 for direct deposit is disgusting!! I used you for the second time this year and I can assure you I will be going back to my regular tax service next tax season.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has easy to understand questions The Process is smooth and flows well. I did have an issue with my Android phone so I used my Chrome book to complete the process. I also had an issue with the Utah State tax return. It seems that the Tax ID from the Federal was put in where the state withholding ID should go. I downloaded the paper form and I'll mail it in.
