Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Review I used the chat function for the first time. For some reason some of my questions did not send and I had to repeat them. Also, the "Chat Icon" in the lower right is always in the way as you go through the form. I realize that it is strategically located near the "Continue" button, but it is extremely annoying.
