Rated 4 out of 5 by from A glitch It worked ok but for some reason, it kept asking about rentals and royalties and wouldn't let me file until I completed it. I didn't have any rents or royalties so don't know why it kept asking. When when I put in zero days rented just to get past it still wouldn't file so I had to redo my return and this time it wasn't hung up on that part of the return. Unfortunately, I had paid for the state E-File but when I redid the return it asked me to pay $25.00 again so now I have to ask for a refund for the first fee since that return when was never transmitted. Overall ok but is still a bug that needs to be fixed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from First and Last Time I had issues with receiving emails. Upon submitting returns, I had to revisit several times as my returns were rejected three times. For troubleshooting the email issue, customer support was courteous, apologetic and professional.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is good, but could be better Overall Turbo Tax is good, but it was difficult understanding the difference between the mutual funds, dividends, and distributions. It could have been better clarified when the information from a mutual fund was not needed because there was no income from it or if there was an actual problem getting the info from the institutions. Even with this problem, however, TT saved us a whole lot of time and aggravation.
