Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax 2020 I've been using Turbo Tax for years and this Year there seemed to be a new look and a bit more user friendly. When I got to the end of my Federal Return and wen through the review process, the review stopped on 1098 entries that had nothing to do with me. One was located in same state, the second in a state we have never lived in. I delete the errant information, cycle through and then do another review only to have the same info reappear in the return. This happened three times before I had a successful review. Secondly, we're retired and we're part time in Colorado. I made a few hundred bucks last year at our local golf club and did my duty and filed a Colorado return. It took me almost as long to file the Colorado return as it did the Federal. The Review kept kicking back errors that were difficult to understand or know what exactly needed to be fixed. Finally got through it, but it wasn't worth the few bucks I made requiring a Return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Program!!!!!! I have always used a tax prep party to complete my taxes, and paid huge amounts of processing fees each year. ($400-$600) However, learning about turbo tax was great. I filed my taxes, both federal and state with no problem. Their simple step by step system that they have In place, is not only self explanatory, but easy as well( assistance is provided if you do happen to run into any problems) . I definitely recommend Turbo Tax for sure. Thanks for your great program.
