Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lobbying Price Gougers No transparency regarding pricing AT ALL. Do not give you the true cost until AFTER you have put your details in. Because of Intuit, we are forced to go through this convoluted system of paying our taxes instead of the much simpler system most countries use. Intuit truly exhibits corporate greed and corruption.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very buggy with experts that aren't really experts There are two problems with the system: 1. It's inherently buggy. A lot of things that are supposed to work simply don't 2. The individuals who are tasked with support, while very nice, aren't really "experts" until you get to the 3rd level of support (which takes awhile). Next year, I'll go back to using a CPA. It'll be twice as much money, but a lot less frustrating. In short, conception of this service is just great. Execution is far from great.
