Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall good. Found 2 bugs I added form 3115 and then removed them (3 of them). During smart check, I was still asked for missing fields on these forms. When I chose drivers license as id during e-file, the app insists that all my "mm/dd/yyyy" field values are inverted, even though I entered them exactly in the format of "mm/dd/yyyy". I had to select "no ids" to continue. I have been using turbotax for year. This is the first time I have this date format issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax lets me procrastinate with ease! I am a master procrastinator. I wait until the very last minute for nearly everything and TurboTax lets me do that with my Federal and Stare taxes every year! It's so easy and fast! I always feel confident that they'll get things right, because, well, they're TurboTax! I would definitely mess things up if I tried to do everything the day before the filing deadline, so thank you TurboTax! I especially like how they keep all of your data from previous years to make filing even faster. TurboTax, you're the best!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax return 2020 The Turbo Tax Layout was so much better this year. Last year it was challenging using software and I did not feel I was getting my max return with software last year. I ended up filing with H & R Block last year because there software was user friendly and I was able to maximize my return with H & R Block last year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is AWESOME! I have not personally prepared my own taxes for several years. This year the tax deadline caught me off guard due to the extended due date. I couldn't reach my accountant so I had to dive in and do them myself. Turbo Tax totally saved me and made preparation super easy, all questions were answered on screen and the software provided DETAILED guidance. I think my accountant just lost a customer and Turbo Tax just gained a customer. I love this product, you can not go wrong.

If there are any questions you have during the filling process, they have convenient (?) to click on and answer your questions. They also have live Tax Professionals on stand by to help you any further if your still unsure of anything. Filing your taxes can be a stressful and scary thing to do. Wondering if your filing or doing everything as they should. TurboTax eases all your worries by checking everything over and making sure your getting all the money you deserve.
