Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not recommend Although I've used Turbo Tax in the past with great success this year the program was cumbersome, kept repeating screens I'd already filled and then couldn't efile due to a Covid question. Will not be back. Do it yourself and save $90.00.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is good, but can be better Navigating needs to be more robust so we can make/check data entry anywhere in the application during the process without having to page through multiple screens. There should be a feature that caters for removing and entering data to see the tax implications of data changes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo tax system and customer service I have enjoyed how easy Turbo tax has been to use that last couple years however the system this year (2021 filling for 2020) was very frustrating. The Q&A automatic generator was not helpful in any way. I sat on hold for 30 hour (with at least another 30 mins to go) for help from a representative. I did finally end up fixing this glitch on my own (by doing the same thing I had done several times before). I do feel like they need a system update to make things run smoother and to be able to find certain forms more easily.
