Rated 2 out of 5 by from Less satisfied this year with TurboTax than prior I am less satisfied this year and every subsequent year than I have been in the past. If a person doesn't read and comprehend the "recommended" options or the "fine print", they could easily be signing up for additional services they don't need. This is a business at the end of the day, and it shows. It feels a bit shady and dishonest or skewed. I do not appreciate that only at the end, when I'm basically done giving all my tax information that TurboTax notifies me that I can't proceed with filing taxes unless I upgrade to Premium, which is pretty much 25% of my tax return anyways. Of course it doesn't tell you until the very end, after you've put in all the information- this doesn't feel right.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it!!! Ive been using turbotax for years. They make it so fast and simple. Each year, it gets easter and faster. You can even just take a picture of your W2 and it auto populates. Amazing!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is amazing! the site was very easy to navigate through and I loved the little question marks next to items to help out with explanations that was really helpful. Overall, it took me 20 minutes to finish now that is really impressive, I love TurboTax and look forward to doing my taxes with them again next year!
