Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax beats all the other online tax compainies I was really worried about filing my tax return. This was the first year I took on the challenge myself. Turbotax had step by step instructions and at each step there was a link and the information came up right there on the side of the page. It was friendly with calming illustrations and encouragement each time something happened such as going from one section to the other. It was as if someone was holding my hand and helping me every step of the way. I can't suggest changes because not only did they give me the best tax filing experience but their attention to every detail calmed and cheered me considerably. I never thought I'd find a service like this. I had tried a free service and the experience was horrendous. This is worth every penny and is not expensive at all. I actually kind of enjoyed myself and I am not afraid of tax time anymore.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful experience filing this year I have long loved turbo tax but this year I had an error on my account that was not understood by more than 4 of your support team members and it took me over 24 hours and Thankfullly, Jori who was the 4th escalated attempt to fix. It is always so easy but this year it was stressful and disappointing. If the error could have just explained there was a hold on my account, the first call at midnight would have helped your team fix it.
