Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax 2020 Review I have been using Turbo Tax for years. I keep coming back because I am comfortable with it. My only issue this year was the HSA was confusing and the Mortgage (Refinance instructions) and forms were confusing. I was not comfortable with all the forum reviews on how to update and combine the old loan and new loan. I started reading IRS instructions and that didn't help. I tried to get help a few years ago with an agent and got no where so I didn't try to call this year. If you are going to use Turbo Tax start early so you can research and ask questions. I always do mine last minute. Also, I lost my some of my state refund last year and the reason was because the State form was missing the 529 account #s. So, by the time I figured it out I missed my window with the state. Assuming no alert and I forgot to do it before I submitted but tough lesson to learn.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mostly trouble free. Itemizing California deductions while using the standard federal deductions did not work well. I had to override the deduction figure TurboTax had.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Should start with a checklist TurboTax is great and pretty easy to work with. I just wish it would give you a checklist of things you will need such as Bank Acct Routing and account number, Drivers license of all people on return, etc
