I used to love TurboTax, but now I think I am over it. Definitely going to seek out an in person tax consultant. Pretty sure I could have paid way less, but I needed to get this done.

I get all the way to review of my federal return and it says I need to review some information. I am redirected to my income page however, there is no indication of what is incorrectly filled out or what specifically is causing the issue. Kept being redirected in an endless loop for over 2 hours! Longest time ever taking me to complete my returns!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is highly controlling TurboTax is a great product EXCEPT that it is almost impossible to trace how summary amounts are derived. I understand you need to stop people from cheating, but to make it impossible to see how forms are being compiled AFTER having paid in full is counter productive. Using TurboTax is like driving in a dense fog.
