However, the Deluxe version does NOT include the state digital download, as advertised - it was an additional $40, which is unacceptable, since the ad clearly states that the Deluxe version includes the state download.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Confusing Payment Terms I had to delete and redo my taxes, which was frustrating. I had selected the Premier plan, but apparently at some point I indicated I wanted "live help" which changed my payment from $69 to $179. I had called and was told my only option was to delete and redo my taxes. As I was redoing, multiple times I was asked if I wanted "live help". I can see how someone with a question can easily have selected this, and then not realized they were going to be charged over $100 for their question. Overall this years experience was frustrating.
