Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was great again I have been using Turbo tax for many years. I like the transferring of previous year's data into the new year and the ease of entering data. When done I am always grateful I didn't have to do all the by hand, or pay someone else to do it..

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Happy With the Up Charges The service works well but expect to be up-charged at every turn. In the end, I ended up with some "premium service" I didn't even want and could find no way around it. I got through the entire process, ready to file, and found I had to pay an extra $44 for premium or start over with another tax filing software. Won't be using them next year...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Formerly Satisfied Customer TurboTax is very easy to use but I hate all the extra costs that pop up now after you're done. I remember when you could by the CD at the office store and knew exactly how much it would cost to buy and upload returns with state included. I probably won't use turbo tax again after this year. That is after almost 20 years of being a loyal customer.
