Rated 1 out of 5 by from turbotax is terrible Programming errors changed my income, doubled my state tax refund, changed the name of pension payer. Experts may be experts on taxes but they have not been adequately trained on turbotax resulting in over 3 hours and 3 phone calls to fix the above mentioned problems.

Wouldn't let me change information based on a questionnaire question I discovered I answered incorrectly, so I had to file a 1099-NEC as $0 in all the blanks even though I never received a 1099-NEC because it wouldn't allow me to simply remove the form due to me answering a question incorrectly prior to form input.
