Made it through the Federal Return just fine with all the prompts, but when it came to the State Return had to upgrade and contact Live help. Ariel was just great and walked me thru the State Return until it was filed. Found out if you do standard deductions on Federal, you do the same on State. But that was not clear on the program itself.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from All good except pulling in stock your tool said it could pull in the information from a stock sell which I thought at the time was pretty cool, however it doesn't work and after 1/2 hour with your Representative I found that I had to delete everything and reenter the information. I would suggest if you know there is a bug you need to not offer the service.
