Rated 5 out of 5 by from Detail can seem tedious but success is worth it. I've used TurboTax for many years and consistently have success. Occasionally, there will be seeming glitches, but they've been due to an entry response error I've made. I bought the business version for my mother's estate after her death but I use the Premier version for to file my wife's and my taxes, we do her brother's taxes and both sons'.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo time waster I used a tablet, so it may make it less efficient. However if this is true, you should be aware and warn the public. Process took about 2 1/2 hours. Of that, my space filling took about as long as writing this review. The rest was calculations, and me trying to get it to review my answers. I just wish there was something better out there.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy with high cost of service I've used TT for many years. Last year it cost me $100 to file state and federal. Same exact filing this year cost me $178. Same employer, same everything, and I'm just taking the standard deduction. This is nearly double the cost for same exact service as last year. Will NOT be doing this again next year. Turbo Tax you've gotten too greedy; shame on you. Your competitor will likely get my business next year.
