Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome!!! Everything about this experience was amazing! The detailed pop-outs for questions were incredibly helpful and easy to understand. I had to chat once during the process and the response was almost immediate and told me just where to find the information I was looking for. It was also much cheaper than to have them done at a tax office. I'm a huge fan!

This year we had a death benefit to report and a sale of property and had to pay taxes. I'm confident, however, that Turbo Tax found all the tax deductions to make the payment less painful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Rating Turbo Tax is so easy to use. For years I had a personal tax consultant prepare my returns and spent over $500 every year. I tried Turbo Tax and found it was so simple and thought of every possible scenario. The price was way less than I used to pay. I also had a Turbo Tax consultant help me with some gray areas and he was knowledgeable and we fixed the issues I was having. Awesome!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from really great I didn't like the ask an expert or the help section as it didn't really answer any of my questions and getting an appointment with someone was going to take almost 2 weeks so I didn't find that helpful at all. However, the product is good and easy to follow. I feel confident using it.
