Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Helps Smooths Tax Process. Turbo Tax has revamped their UI over the years for a much simpler and automatic system. Doing my 2020 taxes was much less anxiety provoking than previous years.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mostly Good It is easy to use, lots of helpful info, and shows how to get deductions and credits. The only thing is that I had to pay $40 for each state that I earned money. This applied for the state where I only earned $35!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax got really buggy this year I had to walk through TurboTax multiple times this year, as I had unexplained behaviors from the software despite having a pretty normal return. The software previously has worked well, but for whatever reason, it seems very buggy this year. I even had to alter a 1099-R in order to get the system to allow me to File, even though it should have accepted it as is (and has in the past) - Agent from Turbotax confirmed what I'm stating here. Quality is DOWN in 2021.
