Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is amazing!! It was easy. There was help every step of the way. They also allow you to purchase packages for their audit help and its not out-of pocket. You can choose to have the fee deducted from your federal refund just like h and r block!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointing....Bug Issue still not fixed Disappointed with Turbo Tax this year. Schedule C worksheet has a glitch and unable to type anything in. Then at the end when it is time to review, you get caught into a loop. Got frustrated. Printed my taxes in the end just to get out of the loop. Looks like this was a computer glitch last year based on the help section. Seriously? Why was this not fixed????

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax makes a dreaded chore more bearable. While not flawless, this is definitely the easiest way to do our taxes. I had to google a couple of questions outside of TurboTax because I'm afraid I'll lose my place within the program if I jump around at all. It asked me some non-pertinent questions (things from years ago, like my son's college tuition) and I wish I had the option of deleting those topics instead of working through them. However, the feature that remembers past info is generally really cool and helpful. It also asked why my healthcare (HDHP) coverage was ended (it wasn't) but it didn't give me an option to say that---it was something about a disability which I don't have. Not sure what that was about.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast, Simple & Easy Tax Preparation I've used TurboTax Premium for seven years now to file my tax returns. Being able prepare my taxes with ease from the convenience of my home is appealing as well as the step by step process filing my taxes with TurboTax entails. TurboTax Premium assures me that my taxes are done right, I am financially protected and it's a great bang for the buck!
