Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great assistance! I was having a problem and I asked to speak to a live person. I was called within 2 minutes, and Kiera was fantastic! I always feel like an idiot filing taxes, but Kiera was supportive and kind, and got my issue sorted rapidly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Scam Why is a free product charging $80 is beyond me. Was expecting to only pay $39 and when i went to checkout I had $80 taken from me with no regard. I won't be using turbo tax anymore.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax Online Self-Employed Has Some Limitations The fact that you cannot edit forms directly in the online (web-based) version is a huge drawback, so I plan to use the CD/download version next year. I wish Intuit would allow me to "upgade" from the online version to the download version without paying $120, but they do not. Also, simple events such as selling a car that was partially used for business purposes is not handled well at all by the interview. Same goes for foreign tax credits, which anyone who has an international mutual fund would be dealing with. I found myself pouring through the IRS instructions for hours, when TurboTax was supposed to eliminate that need. Finally, I called customer support to find out how to eliminate a bogus second vehicle from Form 4797, and none of their ideas worked, so they told me to clear all of my data for the entire return and start over. I tried deleting the business and re-entering that info, and that worked. Seems like they should have suggested that.

He has an extensive amount of experience of more than 35 plus years in the field and he was able to look at my situation and get the best possible return within our tax code. I am so grateful that TurboTax was able to help connect me with such a knowledgeable tax professional and I will certainly be using TurboTax in the future. My only wish is that I would be able to find Phillip in the future for my future tax filing needs. I would send everyone I know to him if I was able to do this. Please look into a way for your customers to be able to use the same tax professional year after year because Phillip was that helpful.
