Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice software to work with. Wish there was an easier way to track the numbers at are on the completed forms. It was difficult to get the 4835 to come up in the interview page. Had to go to the forms.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Everything but... Everything was wonderful until I upgraded to speak to someone. I paid $70 extra for professional help and that person didn't help me in any way. Sent me to my financial institution that told me "Turbotax always does that"!! I'm asking for a refund for the upgrade because it was useless!!! Everything else was great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not complicated I used HR Block for double-digit years. They never asked me questions or found deductions I couldn't find with Turbo Tax. Very few people have taxes complicated enough to justify a physical person to think through it for them.
