Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is user friendly...great product! Most of Turbo Tax was user friendly. The one issue I was having was resolved by "Dorothy" one of the representatives on Live Chat. She really spent quality time with me to resolve the issue. I also had the occasion to speak with Paul, CPA, who was very friendly and helpful. All my problems/issues were resolved, and I was able to e-file both Federal and State tax filings. Thank you TURBO TAX!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Awful Figured I would use it again this year for the sake of convenience. It's not convenient. I thought that because they can import any relevant tax information from the previous year that it would make this year's return faster and easier. It wasn't.

The section regarding investments where one must manually enter the cost basis of non-covered securities is really slow, especially when many trades must be entered. Perhaps some kind of spreadsheet could be set up where numbers can be filled in, without having to go through each trade individually.
