Rated 5 out of 5 by from I paid the extra $60 for MAX and I'm happy about i The interface is very simple to use and it does a great job of explaining additional questions. I did pay $60 for the MAX add-on just to have peace of mind that if I get audited Turbotax will represent me. $90 self-employment(had a $30 discount) plus the $60 for MAX so the total with MAX was $150 plus tax. It's way better than going to a local tax place and getting overcharged. It did take me about 4hrs to do everything beginning to end( I read slowly, thoroughly, and googled some things) I had 1099G, 1099K, multiple 1099R, W2, 1099-NEC(new form), 1098, HSA, and Family with multiple kids
