I love how they explain almost everything/ option to you. I also was able to complete my taxes at my own pace. Perfect system and very affordable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't help when needed We had an issue with the state tax return. We set up for automatic payment withdrawal from our bank account at a future date. Then all of a sudden after saying our taxes were filed it popped up saying print and mail these forms. It was the state tax, saying include payment check with this form. We called and talked with a representative, who said I don't know call the department of revenue yourself. Why did we pay for tax services to be told to call about it ourselves. Now we are worried they are going to double charge us and have no answer.
