Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Service! Turbo Tax has always made filing taxes easy. The step by step guidance with the hints makes it super easy. When I needed extra assistance, I had an employee sign in to view my progress and help me fix any problems step by step. Thank you Turbo Tax!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to Use, Thorough,but Pricing Inconsistencies This product is extremely easy to use and I love that it connects to other intuit products. I feel like the questions are thorough enough to get me the best refund, and I was able to pick the specific product I needed with relative ease thanks to their online comparison tools. However, I found that the product I needed was advertised for $69 on the site and it kept trying to charge me $89 for it at the end. By submitting a form that I was unhappy with the price, they gave me $15 off, which still put it below the cost of competitors I tried, even if it wasn't exactly the price I expected, so I went ahead with it. I do hope they fix that discrepancy.
