Rated 4 out of 5 by from Top shelf, but this year needed a little live help Had one small problem with one page I did not understand, but all was rectified by a truly awesome, professional and capable live agent when I was able to find the phone number to call. A suggestion: It would be helpful if the phone number for customer assistance to a live agent could be more visible.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost perfect 2019 and 2020 had the same issue on form 1099B for widely held fixed income trust-short term. Some acquired dates and cost basis were not provided and not available so TT kicked it out. I managed to full the form and file electronically. The information not available is also not reported to IRS so its mute anyway.
