Rated 1 out of 5 by from Selected standard options and still got charged I selected all the standard options and still got charged to file federal and state. Then I got charge to deduct it from my refund. So all in all I paid to file federal, I paid to file state, AND I paid to pay my fees.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax made the process super easy TurboTax made our filing experience this year incredibly easy, also thanks to the Live Full Service capabilities. In a matter of 48 hours we uploaded our documents, chatted with the assistant, had our return prepared and signed - all while answering all our tax questions. It's not cheap, but other tax prep companies charge the same and take a lot longer. I will recommend TurboTax to all my friends and family from now on!
