Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed in automatic upgrade I didn't need Turbo Tax automatically upgraded me to LIVE Premier when I only needed Premium level product.I attempted numerous times to utilize HELP, but the instructions provided were not available options. I requested Tax advisor call for further explanation, advisor called and connected to my screen, and when I asked why (to the above issue) she promptly hung up! Without talking me through the issue! I had to completely wipe out the return I just spent 2 days completing (5+hours) and start all over. I was then able to agree to Premium (the product I needed,) instead of the automated LIVE Premier upgrade. I've been a loyal customer for 10+ years; no way to treat a loyal customer.

I was nervous about doing my own taxes as a 1099, but TurboTax walks you through it every step of the way and provides live chats or phone calls from experts to help when needed. It provided the guidance and comfort I was looking for. Highly recommend.

I never break a sweat filing through TurboTax with how guided I am through each step and how available experts are to offer further guidance and assistance. I recently enlisted in the US Army as Active Duty and TurboTax made filing easy with those lifestyle changes.
