Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax really is easy, if you read EVERY WORD Although I thought I entered all the details correctly, I missed some. And my returns got rejected by the IRS three times. I tried the automated "help" but it really wasn't any help. So with each rejection, I called (800) 624-9066. And each support person talked me through correcting my mistakes. Just too bad the TurboTax program - or even IRS - didn't catch them all at once!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Over a decade of use! I love having all my previous documents in one place. When filing, most information can be pulled in from financial institutions. It's year over year comparison helps me not to forget anything since most things are not mailed to me anymore. Love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love TurboTax! I have been using TurboTax for over 15 years to file my taxes and love how easy it is to use and navigate. It asks questions in an easy to understand way and provides helpful hints and examples for the questions. This year I had multiple questions about filing my taxes and it was the first time I had to use the TurboTax Live Expert. This was the best experience! I got a call from a Tax Expert in under 10 minutes. She was amazing! She was so friendly and helpful! She walked me through each question I had and provided explanations on what I needed to do. Her assistance and expertise made my TurboTax experience even better! Thank you TurboTax and Live Expert team!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use, quick return and excellent support! We use Turbo Tax for our personal taxes and have for years. When I had to take over my Mom's finances this year (she is in NY, I am in VT), I knew that Turbo Tax was the way to go. Thank you for the user friendly format, excellent resources (the search topics NEVER fail to produce a helpful result!) and overall bonus of allowing us agency to move our taxes forward. Your team and software are both amazing!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Problem with data import from prior year's return While the overall product is relatively easy to use, there were issues with data pulled from last year's returns. At the final review point, several items from the 2019 return which I had marked for removal from 2020 were again presented to me - with incorrect labeling - as items I had yet to fill out. This would have led to double-entering data had I not noticed the discrepancy. In addition, the import from 2019 captured my state tax payment twice, which is just an out and out error.
