Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use Turbo tax walks you right through the different areas and makes sure you get the best refund, but it does cost more than other tax software out there. With that being said, I found that the software I used last year did not fill out my state forms correctly, so switching back to Turbo tax. I feel like they have a better track record.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Last 2 years have been nothing but trouble! Last year Turbo Tax never had us do an 8962, we are still waiting for that to be processed by the IRS. The IRS has had our $4717 payment since we filed in early July but our return is not processed and they are telling us that we will incur penalties and interest on the extra amount owed after processing the missing form. This year, Turbo Tax duplicated out mortgage info, over a $100,000 in income. Also, our returns (Federal + 3 states) all rejected because AGI didn't match last years....that is prefilled by Turbo Tax! This will be the last year we use Turbo Tax. The price isn't worth the headaches.
