If I were in error in one response, I may not have been directed to a screen that I needed. I had to "play" with responses a couple of times to get to the next screen I needed - especially in health related field. I paid for Live - and NEVER received a response from anyone via Chat or Phone as requested. So....really don't feel I should have had to pay the $119.
