Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is the G.O.A.T.!!!! Lifesaver!!! TurboTax is the easiest way of doing taxes especially for first-timers. They are very thorough and smooth. There's also an option to call and chat with a live agent who is very attentive, patient, and prompt. Well at least that was my experience, Thanks Kayden! I just absolutely love it and will for sure be doing my taxes with them next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Turbo Tax Have used Turbo Tax for many years and love doing so. They make it easy inasmuch as I don't understand 1/10 of what IRS means. Love that they keep my previous information (employer, etc) so I don't have to do a lot of research in order to complete my taxes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from One headache/hassle after another 1. Had issues downloading. 2. Program failed to save/deleted my return after printing State file forcing me to re-do my taxes. 3. Program wouldn't e-file/update itself. 4. E-file rejected due to AGI mismatch with me mailing 19 return a week ago.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is nice! Unique circumstances takes time. The process of doing taxes is relatively quick and easy. Yet when you have different forms aside from a W2, doing your taxes may require more time and possibly help from a Turbo-Tax expert. In my case my 1099-Misc. form was giving me some trouble while trying to e-file so I called the TurboTax support and an expect was able to help with screen share. I am glad I was able to get the support I needed to finish my taxes.
